Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances the annual Kids Race Day event scheduled for 13th Dec 2009 at Oran Park has been cancelled. Kids Race Day was a very rewarding day for all involved, especially our young guests from organisations such as Camp Quality, Children's Variety and Youth off the street to name a few. A BIG Thank You to all our sponsors, supporters, volunteers & drivers for an outstanding effort over the last 13 years. Kids Race Day could not have happened without you!  Welcome to the home of the renowned Kids Race Day, held annually by Oran Park Raceway! Kids Race Day is an exciting and revolutionary Rotary initiative that debuted 11 years ago. The aim of the day is simple; “To provide kids with disability and illness the thrill of experiencing the world of Motor Sport in all its aspects and glory.”

| Children from programs such as Camp Quality, Children’s Variety and Down Syndrome are provided with the opportunity to either spectate, or for the daring, take a passenger ride in numerous motorsport activities including; 4WD's, RACE & RALLY CARS The event started in 1996, with three (3) racecars and 13 kids and their families from Camp Quality. Today the event captures the hearts of over 400 children, and thrives on the support from over 50 racecars. Kids Race Day is run entirely by an army of dedicated volunteers and supported by the generosity of race teams and sponsors alike for the benefit of many hundreds of deserving children. The result of all this is a priceless smile on these special kids faces. |
